19.01.2022 JOY. Our natural state. All I need to do to remind myself of this is open my eyes to my 4 year old daughter's zest for life, the enthusiasm with which she paints, runs, and sings. She cries when she needs to, and returns effortlessly to her joy. We were all like this once. My intention for the year was to take life a little less seriously, to invite more lightness and JOY into my heart. The results...? Less fear, less self doubt, less procrastination. ... More love, more connection, more play, more fun, more beauty. More risk taking. More LIVING. Almost halfway through the year now, and I am reconnecting with this intention, putting more energy into it, and inviting the women of Sydney to join in. 14.01.2022 RELATIONSHIPS.... When my relationship with the man I believed to be the love of my life burned to the ground last year, many of my deep held, core beliefs about love and relationship were left very, very shaken. For a while I clung onto them even harder, as I felt the terror of stepping into unknown territory. But I could feel the invitation.... Then a few months ago, during a powerful fire ceremony in Bali, I finally let go. I dropped my beliefs about what relationship should look like, about what was right or wrong, what was more loving, more conscious, or more tantric. I dropped all models and formats. I literally watched them go up in flames. And finally... I opened to what was there, present, in my heart. I found a new kind of love, one that I could never have allowed myself to feel previously. This love is free, wild, unrestricted, unconstrained and unconventional. This is not the love of fairytales. This is the love of a woman who is allowing her life to be a great Love experiment. And with this new love, a new way of relating emerged. One that isn’t based on possession, attachment, and ultimately - fear, as was previously the case for me, but instead freedom, friendship, and play. I remember back in yoga teacher training our philosophy teacher said that true love is I love you, and it is none of your concern. At the time, as much as I wanted to understand, I was totally confused. But I get it now. This is not a love that demands, controls or clings. I am simply letting my heart energy flow, unrestricted. I’m aware that on some level I am probably still healing, and that things will probably shift again in a way I could never predict. But right now this feels so good, so fresh, so... loving. My experiences of love, sex and relationship have without a doubt been my greatest opportunities for spiritual growth, which is why I am super excited to be holding space again this weekend for men and women to come together, to talk openly and be lovingly witnessed, in our second installment of Collective Revealing, on RELATIONSHIPS. 03.01.2022 LOMI LOMI & TANTRA In the light of the upcoming Lomi training, I’ve been getting some pretty juicy questions about how Lomi Lomi relates to Tantra / sacred sexuality, so I thought I’d answer this one publicly. Lomi Lomi does NOT work directly with sexual energy - but it does work with LOVE. When giving Lomi we soften and open our hearts to Universal love (totally different from personal love), which is expressed in our hands in our movements throughout the massage. Lomi is so...metimes called loving hands massage for this reason. For the receiver, this deeply loving touch feels like unconditional acceptance of ALL that we are - body, mind and spirit. With this unconditional acceptance, we are then safe to fully INHABIT the body. And whenever we fully inhabit the body, we discover what is truly there. Sometimes it is pain, grief, or tears that need to flow out. And sometimes it is bliss. Whatever wants to move through us is free to do so, as we are loved, held, relaxed, and embodied. These things combined - love, unconditional acceptance, safety, and deep relaxation - are not only POWERFULLY healing, but they are also the prerequisites (sounds a bit clinical but I don’t have a better word right now) to access the state of complete ecstatic bliss known as energy orgasm or tantric orgasm. Energy orgasm does not require any genital touch at all, and is not even necessarily sexual. It is a full bodied orgasmic state that can last much, much longer than an explosive orgasm. Energy orgasms are implosive meaning that the energy is circulating within the body, it is not exploding outwards. There is nothing woo-woo about this it is a very real state that is available to all of us. And it can be accessed and unlocked through Lomi Lomi massage

02.01.2022 I started going to women’s circles a few years ago, when I realized that my relationship to women was based on comparison, competition, jealousy, fear and mistrust. In that first circle I was honest about why I was there, and felt so much shame as I expressed that side of me that I perceived as so ugly... To my great surprise, the women in the circle didn’t even flinch. They didn’t kick me out of the space. They treated me with full acceptance and love. And just like that, I ...was changed. Now I hold these circles every month and I get to witness beautiful transformation, healing and blossoming, every single time. Women were meant to gather in this way, I feel it in my bones.
