20.01.2022 COVID-19 update: Like many businesses, Zen Bamboo is adapting to unprecedented conditions in response to the spread of coronavirus COVID-19. Safety of both our staff and customers remains a priority, so accordingly we've made same changes to implement safe distancing measures. Zen Bamboo in both Newcastle and Canberra will endeavour to provide our customers with the best quality bamboo plants in the safest possible way.... Effective from today, we will shift to contactless viewing and pick up/delivery of plants. This will involve Zen Bamboo sending pictures of plants to customers prior to sale or pickup/delivery being made. We will also move to electronic payments only - including bank transfers and credit card payments. All payments will need to be cleared prior to plants being delivered or collected at a prearranged time. Thanks for your patience during this very challenging time for us all.
