24.01.2022 13 new cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed in NSW between 8pm on 13 July and 8pm on 14 July. 10 new confirmed cases are associated with the Crossroads Hotel ...- these new cases bring the total linked to the Crossroads Hotel to 33. Three new confirmed cases were overseas acquired. If you visited the Crossroads Hotel in Casula between 3 and 10 July or the Picton Hotel on 4, 5, 9 or 10 July get tested immediately, even if you have no symptoms. Self-isolate and stay away from aged care facilities. NSW Health is directing anyone who attended the Planet Fitness Gym at Casula from 4 to 10 July to immediately self-isolate and come forward for testing after two further COVID-19 cases were confirmed today. Aside from the current pop-up clinic in the Crossroads Hotel carpark, there are a number of sites people requiring a test can visit, including the Victoria Park site at Picton, hospital clinics at Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown and Bowral, plus the Ash Road Sporting Complex at Prestons. Testing can also be carried out by your local GP. Anyone feeling unwell even with the mildest of symptoms such as a runny nose or scratchy throat is urged to seek testing and self-isolate. Do not go to work or catch public transport until you are cleared of COVID-19. A full list of COVID-19 testing clinics is available here: https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Infectio//Pages/clinics.aspx It’s essential that we all take the risk of transmission very seriously and take steps to protect ourselves and loved ones: - If you have even mild symptoms, a cold or cough, get tested and stay home until you’re cleared. - Keep your distance from others at all times even if you are well. - If you have been in Victoria, don’t mix with other people until two weeks has passed. People who work in high-risk settings such as health care facilities or aged care homes must not to attend work if they have symptoms and must get tested immediately. People should also not visit relatives in these settings if they have even the mildest of symptoms or have recently returned from Victoria.
