13.01.2022 One of the hardest things to sell as a teacher is the fact that meeting discomfort in body and mind is an essential part of yoga. Who in their right mind would ...buy into that, especially a beginner? It takes a certain level of maturity and life experience to understand the value in such an idea: that inevitable in life are circumstances in which expectations fall short, obstacles appear unexpectedly, and we hit dead ends and are forced to retreat, with no one there to help. 12.01.2022 I will need to cancel some upcoming massage treatments as I will be self isolating for 4-5 days after I have seen a patient who had arrived from interstate only 6 days ago; they have no symptoms of corona virus at this stage but for the safety of myself and all clients I have chosen to be extra precautious and self isolate until their incubation period has elapsed and they are non contagious. It's an extreme measure; but; I feel; necessary to maintain your health. I hope we can reschedule you for another time next week? Please recognise that your health is my priority at this time and I will sacrifice my income for it, and if we can all be as vigilant as possible all will be well and our lives can still have meaning. Relationship are the most important thing ever i this life. Namaste I love you all

In my days, newborn children could only leave the ...house for the first time after their 40th day of life. It is a period of waiting and preparing for a new life. It is the period that produces a great change." And how do you prepare for this change? "With simple, genuine and loving actions. Every morning comb your long hair with dedication and untie all the knots, even the most hidden ones that you have always neglected. It is time to put all the knots in the comb. Then dedicate yourself to untangling even your beloved ones skeins. With patience and you will try to find the end of the skein, the exact starting point of the thread. Already with these simple but powerful actions you will create order outside and inside of you. Undoing physical knots with your hands you will begin to touch your internal knots." And after undoing the knots, what can I do, grandma? Remove all parts of you that are no longer fertile. 09.01.2022 Im sorry to inform you that I have decided to close Zendo Studio for 2 weeks; as I dont see how I can massage patients and keep the social distancing recommendations. I will reassess my position in 2 weeks and hopefully we can all resume our lives and businesses.
