As facilitators in the world, in our work and even in our intimate relationships, we all have one or more "leading edges"; an area that needs development, or perhaps a strength with the potential for growth. In a Zenergy Master Class we provide a safe, yet brave and creative environment for you to explore and practise your leading edge, or maybe even identify new edges. As someone who sometimes has a leading edge of holding respo...nsibility too heavily, it is with love, joy and lightness that I, along with Akasadaka, Dale and Stephen at Zenergy Aotearoa/NZ extend this invitation to you to join us on this unique Master Class; a combination of online and in-person learning. This is open to anyone who has attended an Art of Facilitation or beyond. If this opportunity is calling you, please contact myself (Kelly), Akasadaka or Dale to have a further conversation, or enrol directly with me. Expressions of interest close Friday October 2nd. Weekly online sessions will run during Oct/Nov with dates to be agreed with those participating.

06.01.2022 Zenergy Aotearoa NZ is pleased to announce our next Facilitation Masters Class - a combination of online and a weekend intensive running from Oct/Nov - dates to be negotiated with those who are interested. Zenergy’s Master Class is provides an experiential learning environment for facilitators who want to master the art of facilitating. Using the latest co-operative technologies, Zenergy offers participants an opportunity to work on their leading edgeusing the whole person ...approach and their own unique facilitation style in relation to the role or roles they play in their day-to-day context. Participants will learn through facilitating sessions online and in person, participating in facilitated sessions by fellow participants, coaching by the Zenergy leaders, and self and peer evaluation. Zenergy has been offering Master Classes for group facilitators since 1994 and they have led to deep learning, transformational experiences and innovation in the field of facilitation. This course is open to anyone who has completed Zenergy’s Stage One Art of Facilitation. Learning outcomes/Benefits to you: practise mastering your leading edge (enhance a strength or improve a development area) with other like-minded facilitators explore your own purpose, your Why? Why are your facilitation skills so important to you? explore your own unique facilitation style? refine your online facilitation skills build more connections and potential support within the Zenergy community. What’s included: 5 x three-hour online sessions two day weekend intensive credit towards Zenergy Facilitation Diploma Zenergy Masters Class certificate Dates: Thursday or Friday every week for five weeks in Oct/Nov to be agreed with group Tuition: NZD$995 full / NZD$950 early bird / NZD$850 community price, plus the cost of the weekend intensive which will be co-created by the group. Now, more than ever, we feel the need to connect with our Zenergy alumni to korero about how we might empower and resource each other to be in service to our life's work, here in Aotearoa/New Zealand. ... Our Zenergy alumni is a diverse and unique community of wholepeople mastering the work that calls to us, using facilitation as an integral part of our toolkit. We have a passion for: - facilitation - emergence and transformation - connection with ourselves, others and the world - authenticity - creativity - and most of all... the potential of groups. "Wholepeople co-operating in a sustainable world" Akasadaka, Dale, Stephen and I invite you to a 60 minute zui (zoom hui) from 7pm-8pm on either Tues 11th or Weds 12th August.
