My passion and purpose is to help bring people out of their darkness and guide them towards their own inner light and voice. I’ve developed a great tool kit over the years. With a diverse background of past occupations I bring the skill set from them all into my current practices. From my early years I worked as a Preschool Assistant which I loved, But it was my interest in health that lead me to Fitness and PT work while I studied Occupational Therapy at Uni. I then went on to work in the acute Hospital setting. It was during this time that I discovered Reiki as a tool for self healing and to help heal others. My love of Pilates teaching evolved into more meditation style classes, it was then I studied yoga and sound healing. My own healing journey lead me towards self employment. It was here I studied massage therapy, opening my own studio in Nelson Bay in 2014. My third child was born in 2017 when I decided to take a break. Have you felt your own resonance pulsing, rippling, vibrating wanting to connect? Have you gazed upon your own reflection and said I Love you? Have you hugged or touched another living being, be it human or animal or in nature? Have you breathed in with full inhalation the sweet air that fills your lungs and nourishes you? Have you sang, hummed or chanted? Have you placed your bare feet upon the Earth and felt Gaia’s presence and listened to what it is she conveying? Have you spoken to your ancestors? Have you forgiven yourself &/or someone else? Have you allowed softness or vulnerability? Have you stated how you wish to feel and set boundaries around it. Bringing in discernment of what will create it or not? Have you told someone you Love them whether they be in spirit or form? Have you given yourself permission to feel whatever is called to be felt and on the other side of that sooner rather than later embody joy?
