13.01.2022 Bulgarian split squat absolute peach burner. Courtesy of @kyle_sherriff 8 reps with a challenging dumbbell weight (I used 8kgs) Then hold at bottom for 7 seconds.... Continue with 8 reps with a lighter DB (I used 4 kgs, so half) Hold again at the bottom for 7 seconds. 8 reps without any weight and finish with the 7 second hold. If you aren’t in absolute agony to clutch the peach after this - you ain’t done it right

11.01.2022 Today has made me miss home immensely. Knowing my little brother @hemamatt is going to be reunited with everyone once this hotel lockdown stint is done makes me over joyed for him but also sad that I won’t be there with everyone too My baby is about 6 and a half months and never met a single family member, which is probably quite common in these times but doesn’t make it feel any less shit! To top it off I received a card from nana saying she spread the photos I sent of Si...enna out on her bench for four weeks to keep looking at them and show them off to her friends. Photos are not the same thing as meeting in person. Big middle finger to you covid for isolating us from loved ones. You have robbed us of so many things.

07.01.2022 I love reflecting on some of the biggest challenges in life and knowing if it wasn’t for those moments then I wouldn’t be where I am today.
05.01.2022 I know what I’m good at and I know what I need to work on. But knowing this about yourself means you can determine where you need to maybe outsource to someone else to save time and energy or up skill so that what once was a weakness is now a strength. Being aware of your strengths means you can use this to your advantage. Then find someone excelling in your weak areas to either offload to or help develop you to become evenly rounded. Work smarter, not harder

What did we do today?... -Heavy goblet squats 3:1:1 x10 superset with 60 second KB wall sits x3 - medium weighted dumbbell manmakers x8 superset with heavy farmers carry x3 - Swiss ball pass throughs x10 superset with Swiss ball oblique crunches x 3 - conditioning block - Pair, you go I go format 1 box push approx 15m,1 box jump or step up, switch Push other end, repeat. Then 2 reps building up to ten! Approx ten mins for pair to complete. Monday
