07.01.2022 Good things take time. In the fitness industry many so called professionals promote fast results leaving people to expect major changes to occur in a short period of time. Most often this occurs with fitness challenges. While we would like this to me true, unfortunately it's not. Changes to health outcomes takes time. And while we love fitness challenges ours starts tomorrowwe will never promote fad diets, prolonged periods of restrictions, over exercising, or any other har...mful strategy used to achieve rapid results. Our members who have signed up for our 9 week Lean and Clean Challenge are going to make small but noticeable changes in terms of increased muscle mass index, increased basal metabolic rate, improved nutrition and exercise habits, increased aerobic fitness, increased relative strength, and of course physique. Results will be apparent with before and after fitness testing, and DEXA scans. Importantly, our members will be able to maintain their results. . We are so privileged to work with people who appreciate an educated and scientific approach to achieving health and fitness outcomes, understand that changes take applied consistent effort, and strive to make real and lasting changes. 06.01.2022 Good afternoon folks. Just a friendly reminder that we have our info session in the morning. You might have done a few challenges in your time or you might be considering on doing your first, or perhaps you know someone who is. We do things differently to what you might have heard about or seen for yourself in other challenges. Such as before and after photos, prizes, or competitions. This is because we want your focus to be on yourself, on your needs and improving your me...ans. Not soley on your appearance, comparing yourself to others, or worse competing with others for a prize. Go ahead take a look at our pages - not a single before and after photo, and it's not because we don't achieve great results this is because we know what really matters to making your goals a reality. We don't have a one size fits all approach either. This means our programming is done in house and not in a HQ somewhere. Programming is individualised to your needs and as a result there is no ceiling effect on what you can achieve. A ceiling effect is when you have been putting in the hard yards and have achieved great results, youre fit, but all you seem to do is stay the same. Worse still, you do all that and regress after your challenge has ended. That's because your body needs a stimulus it's not getting, and it won't if your training and fitness performance is not assessed and analysed, and training is not individualised. If you have been there it's OK, it takes practice and expertise to break new ground, not just hard work. We have the gear and all the ideas to make sure you are getting what you need when you need it. Rather than the same generic, lazy, cookie cutter approach for everyone. I just want to express we have a tribe ready to go, but this is an invite for the remaining spots for new members looking to go where they haven't been before, and that is whatever it is for you . No two people are the same and no two people have the exact same goals and as a result have very different needs. So if this has struck a cord with you, come along and check us out. 06.01.2022 We are sad to announce that as of now our doors are closed. This is in accordance with the federal governments policy regarding covid - 19. We have been in contact with ESSA as there are many unknowns, and are trying our best to seek clarity and advice with regards to what services we can deliver to our members and what this will look like. ESSA will be clarifying services such as ours with the government tomorrow so stay tuned for updates. - At this stage, outdoor fitness activities can operate. If we get enough support we can run sessions outside. Can we get a show of hands for who will be committed to this? We are also interested in knowing what you would like to achieve during these sessions. Please DM or comment.
