25.01.2022 This Sunday AGC are running their State Championship comp and I highly recommend anyone with an interest in competing sometime come down and check out what it is all about.

24.01.2022 Spending time to develop fundamental skills & get comfortable with working from bottom position, when you begin BJJ, will have a positive effect on your long term development.

21.01.2022 Practicing getting to mount & securing an armbar. It's said that learning new skills becomes more difficult as you get older, there could be some truth to this

20.01.2022 Framing is an important part of guard retention, here Amir is using his arms to maintain space & prevent Jasper from gaining chest to chest control. By framing Amir has space to start bringing his legs in between himself & Jasper to regain his guard.

17.01.2022 Well done on your extra stripe Jasper, Adir & Amir, keep up the good work boys.

08.01.2022 Hard work, lots of sweat & good times with good people make for a great open mat session. Missing some people from the photo, but thank you everyone for always making us feel welcome. Love that Issy is holding onto her new blue belt like someone might steal it

07.01.2022 Attention boys, underestimate these young ladies at your peril. Jiu jitsu girls!!

06.01.2022 It was great returning to contact training with this crazy crew. Lots of energy & enthusiasm, they make training fun.

05.01.2022 It's wonderful to see our students exemplify the culture of helping each other that we have at Zenith Jiu Jitsu West Adelaide. Reposted from @bennyjitsu Competition success is great, but what makes me the proudest as an instructor is how my students conduct themselves. Last night due to odd numbers and new students, Hunter was without a partner for periods of the lesson and without being asked he spent this time helping a couple of the younger students with their technique. Thank you Hunter.

04.01.2022 Joey practicing inverting using the wall. The first time he tried he failed, said it was too hard & wanted to give up. He didn't, he persevered & the results are showing.
