That’s medicine! In a world where it’s stereotypically known that men don’t share their emotions or speak about their feelings my brother Watene Waenga & I say F**K that! On Saturday we led 20 men to the bottom of the mountain & we showed them how to release their pain & anger in a super powerful & effective way with a Primal Scream that hurts nobody, if anything it empowers everybody! Brother Wa set the tone sparking that Warrior energy by gifting us all with a powerful haka I then lead the men with how it’s done in my special spot, then all the men found themselves their own space & let their roars unleash. What my brother & I witnessed was so truly beautiful & powerful. The most special part of this all is that Wa’s father was with us & got to experience this all & witness a movement of empowering men that his son has helped create. The love & emotion shared between them both was a gift that healed & inspired so many men that day This video is just a small snippet of our powerful adventure.
