15.01.2022 This house was tailored for a family with a taste for classical style of architecture. The design influence for the building came from a Mediterranean style of architecture from a region in the south of France called Les Baux. This region is synonymous with having quarries that supply some of the finest and brightest sandstone in the world. The architecture of this dwelling captures the deep set colonial windows in line with the fenestration detail of this region (as a result of thick external wall constructions due to the required thermal mass). The terracotta shingled roof tiles imported from Europe, off-white sand render, extensive terraces dressed with manicured hedges together with wrought iron lanterns, capture a true sense of the heritage architecture of Provence.

14.01.2022 In the tradition of architectural minimalism and drawing on the simple geometric elements of Piet Mondrian, this compact yet spacious home is set on 360 sqm of land in Cloverdale Ave. Toorak and delivers luxury living, amidst a dense landscape. Whilst maintaining spatial fluidity, the house takes one on a rewarding architectural journey, showcasing an impressive interior. This comprises an entrance foyer, formal living, large family living, kitchen/ butlers kitchen & herb garden, 4 bedrooms with ensuites & robes, and a large basement with ample parking spaces, theatre room & swimming pool (with a pool house). The organic form of the staircase houses a cellar at its base and rises to a roof top sky deck/garden that affords expansive views.

06.01.2022 The inspiration for the design of this luxury home at Tourello Ave, Hawthorn East emanated from a sense of credence. The design aims to capture an effortless sense of opulence through honesty of materiality and faade detailing. Landscaping is simple whilst complimenting and enhancing the overall design. The owners were after a luxury home that would also achieve a 6 star energy rating.

04.01.2022 In anticipation of celebrating 15 years of Zeno Entity Architecture, we present project conducted in 2013 located at Kalonga Rd. Balwyn North. Drawing on an artisan tradition, the design team took upon the challenge of creating an enduring classic which was to be an appropriate fit to the geometry, terrain and context of the site. Occupying approximately 500sqm. of land, the building was to present a jubilant faade whilst providing luxurious living. ... The house provides intricate yet functional formal and informal living zones, pool , alfresco, 4 bedroom suites, study, cellar, theatre room as well as 4 parking spaces.

04.01.2022 The project brief for this site was to create a home for a young family with a lifestyle to entertain. Due to the compact nature of the site the challenge was to create a home with expansive living spaces whilst achieving natural light, ventilation & desirable views to and from light-court (yards). The interior design brief was to maintain a minimalistic design vocabulary with a limited material pallet to allow for the clients art collection to be featured.
