24.01.2022 We are now manufacturing custom shaped full colour printed uniform patches. These were recently manufactured for Smokey G's BBQ Joint. The benefit of a printed patch is that they can be manufactured and delivered in as little as 24hrs. They are bright and extremely durable and can now be cut into any shape you need. Add an iron-on heat seal and you have a patch that can be applied to sportswear or work-wear easily and quickly. Minimum order is just one piece. 24.01.2022 Embroidered festival patches made for the Mildura Country Music Festival. These embroidered patches have a laser cut border with a 100% thread coverage. Three thread colours were used to create the gradient on the sun and finer thread was used to embroider the small text in white, which was only around 3mm in height. 20.01.2022 Custom printed martial arts t-shirts uniforms made for Australia's Youth Self Defence. These Kenpo Karate tees where screen printed for the customer using plastisol inks. 15.01.2022 Check out this embroidered motorcycle patch we just completed for a small social motorcycle club. They started off with a hand drawn sketch of what they wanted. 11.01.2022 In speaking to a supplier a few days ago, it always surprises me how some individuals still have absolutely no idea on the concept customer service. I was trying to call a company on and off during business hours for about 1 week and not once could I get through to them. I also sent an email through their feedback form and a week later still did not hear back from them. Finally I left a slightly disgruntled message for them on their answering machine stating how difficult it ...was to get onto them to place an order. 15mins later I finally got a call back. Interestingly enough I received no apology for the runaround from the guy on the phone just BS excuses about why they hadn't bothered to answer the phone or email me back. The guy was more interested in telling me about his problems and how busy they were, BLAH, BLAH, BLAH rather than addressing my wants and needs. From a long time managers perspective this was pretty bad and it left me pretty disapointed with the whole experience. After a conversation like that I would definitely not be using that company again if I can help it. The moral of this story is it just goes to show how one employees atitude can systematically poison a company from the inside out. With the internet becoming more impersonal every day, I am of the believe that individuals and companies need to make the effort to reach out and support their customers in any way they can. Gaining a good reputation for a company takes 10yrs+ but destroying it can be completed in no time flat. I am just glad that myself and the staff at Zen Promotional have a polite, happy, can do attitude. It really does make my day when a customer contacts us and comes away with a smile and felling good about their dealing with us. So my questions to all of you are: 1. Do you think that the Internet is becoming more impersonal and creating distance between a company and it's clients? 2. Do you think that may companies don't want to talk to you directly anymore, they would rather have you help yourself. 3. Would you rather talk to someone on the phone and have your needs taken care of on the spot or sent 5 emails to have the same thing sorted out electronically? 09.01.2022 Custom embroidered badges completed for Defence Force School of Intelligence Australia. These badges were a challenge in many ways. 1. The logo's in the design were small and detailed. 2. The original design had 13 colours. By using a combination of fine threads and a reduced colour scheme were were able to produce an tight stitched embroidered badge and logo that came out looking great.
