19.01.2022 What a huge effort from all at students at ZMA Newcastle today at our 12 hour spar-a-thon fundraiser event from 9am-9pm. We had students of all ages from both our Muay Thai and Martial Arts program sparring rounds as part of the Muay Thai Australia fundraiser event for Bravehearts Australia. In total we had all of our student meet (and in some cases break) their goal of rounds for the day. Our number of rounds were as follows:... 4, 9, 9, 10, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 25, 25, 27, 30, 31, 40, 40 and for our bigger numbers and special mentions: Mitch - 50 rounds Steve - 50 rounds Tam - 52 rounds Josh - 60 rounds and up the top of the tally we have a tie, and new club record of 101 sparring rounds for both Tom & Curtis. We managed to raise a total of $2421 so far for all our efforts, get in fast and put your donation in for all the students efforts today. 17.01.2022 We hope you all had a relaxing long weekend. Just a quick reminder that there will be no classes this evening due to the sports club being closed for the public holiday. Classes will resume as usual tomorrow.

02.01.2022 Jake’s Development Day fight today at UTC in St. Mary’s Sydney, modified Thai rules. Great effort from Jake pulled off quite a few things we’ve worked on to get the win.
