25.01.2022 Although I will ever be able to go back to eating processed foods and from the majority of the aisles at the supermarket, my diet has improved so much and the variety of foods I am enjoying has increased tremendously after all of the healing and work I have done. Although I can no longer provide you with beauty services, my phone is always available if you need to download to someone, and need support. I am still available for health consultations or now, offering these via zoom or face to face. Precautions are taken in between clients to wipe down surfaces etc. I look forward to re-opening our beauty services in the not to distant future. 08.01.2022 Healing skin from the inside out is my specialty.

06.01.2022 So it’s the middle of winter and by now I’m sure many of you are facing dry, itchy skin. This can be on your face or body. What can we do about it? My go to for dry itchy skin if oil. BAREbyBauer make a beautiful nourishing oil that I encourage my clients to add into their skin care regimes. After cleansing, use any serums you may be using at night, then place a few drops of oil into your palms and press into your skin, and then press in your moisturiser on top.... I highly recommend that you exfoliate prior to this, so that the dry skin is removed. This means your product is going to get to where it needs to be and you are not wasting it. If the dry skin is on your body, use a good body scrub. I love organic spa’s body salt scrub! It leaves the skin feeling like silk. Once exfoliated, run a warm bath and add a tablespoon of coconut oil and a few drops of your fave oils, or if you don’t have a bath, mix some of your fave oils into some coconut or almond oil and rub a small amount into your skin. If you’re not a fan of oil, use a body butter instead.
