19.01.2022 Zen warrior studio not only offers Yoga and Pilates but also holds regular workshops for our community. For our next workshop on Friday 11th June 7-9pm we will be offering a relaxing Live online Sound bath for total restoration and relaxation. From the comfort of your own home or where every you chose you will be guided through gentle movement, and finish off with an enchanting sound bath to allow your cells to soak in total relaxation. This will be fun, refreshing, en...livening and heartwarming. You will come right back home to yourself, be relaxed, and feel a buzz in your body and find clarity of mind. If you haven't experienced a sound bath before, enroll with us. It's something every one will enjoy and no experience is necessary. At this price you wont find any cheaper and I know you'll enjoy it.
