24.01.2022 I must say this week has been quite overwhelming.... I would like to say a huge thank you for the patience and understanding of everyone while I have been going through the process of booking you all back in. I feel so blessed with the response that has been received, I am so grateful to have such an amazing clientele, you guys rock!! For those that still need to make an appointment please be mindful that I am booked solid for the next few weeks, but please send a messa...ge or text and I will get you in as soon as I can. There are a few changes that will be taking place - infection control procedures, paperwork to fill out, slight increase in treatment prices, plus some new treatments added - but hopefully we will all adjust smoothly. I am really looking forward to seeing you all, and catching up on the past few months

23.01.2022 I never get tired of lash lifts Wondering what's involved? 1) apply eyepads on bottom lashes... 2) put a silicone shield on your lid 3) lift the lashes into place on the shield (this will be the shape your lashes take) 4) apply solution 1 5) apply solution 2 6) apply tint 7) rinse 8) apply keratin treatment The whole process takes about 45 minutes and lasts 6-8 weeks

15.01.2022 The green light has been given As of 6th June, Beauty Therapy is back up and running, and I mean literally running! For Zenzara Beauty this means the first date of booking treatments will be Tuesday 9th June, with a preference system put in place -... 1. Those that had their appointments cancelled when the shutdown first took place will be contacted with the option to book the treatment they missed. 2. Those clients that have their permanent recurring bookings will be contacted with the option to keep or cancel their existing spot. 3. Those that need to make a booking, please contact via messenger or text, and I will get back to each of you as soon as I can Please be mindful that new systems will be put in place to ensure the safety of us all, and a few additional changes...., and I appreciate your patience through this time. 04.01.2022 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - EXPECTED RE-OPENING DATE After listening to the Mark McGowan press release this morning I am so happy to finally have an idea as to when I can open my doors to welcome you all again, unfortunately it's not as soon as I was hoping.... But I am very happy with the way WA is approaching the way we move forward and respect the decisions they are making Beauty Therapy falls into Stage 3, and is expected to be able to begin trading again in 4-5 weeks.... So no earlier than 8th June. At this stage I will not be taking any bookings until the expected date is a bit more specific, hopefully within the next few weeks. So the news is a little bittersweet...... but in this extra time that I have been given I will be focusing on furthering my skills and updating my brand! We all just need a little more patience and learn to love our natural beauty for a little while longer

04.01.2022 A bit about me... For those who don't know me, my name is Miriam, and I am the proud owner of Zenzara Beauty. I am a mum of three gorgeous girls and the wife of an amazing man! I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, 3 fish, 7 chooks, and a pony (phew!). I love spending time with my family, gardening, my PT sessions, getting massages (when I find time!) and drinking nice wine :) I love catching up with friends, eating good food, COFFEE, and watching a good movie or TV series. I LOVE my job and... have worked in the beauty industry since completing my Diploma in 2004. I have been blessed with so many amazing experiences as a beauty therapist - moving to QLD on request of a friend to assist with opening a beauty salon, head therapist position at an Island resort day spa in the Whitsundays, part owner of one of the biggest natural health and beauty centres in WA - just to name a few.... I have learnt to balance my family and work life and in doing so opened Zenzara Beauty in October 2018, moving into a room within Tony's Hair and Skincare (these guys are not only fabulous hairdressers they are also amazing humans). The best thing about my job is not just using my skills to enhance the natural beauty of my clients, it is also the genuine enjoyment I receive spending time and getting to know each and every one of them

01.01.2022 My fingers are crossed (as I'm sure all yours are too ) that my doors will be open again very soon. We have been so fortunate in our little corner of paradise that COVID-19 has not left much of an impact.... and my fingers are crossed it will stay this way! But this virus will not go away, and with restrictions being lifted we still need to be cautious and follow strict hygiene rules and regulations. So to give you all peace of mind, I wanted to let you know that I have co...mpleted my Infection Control Training in relation to COVID-19 and will be following all the appropriate protocol to keep you, and myself, as safe as possible when treatments start up again. I've missed our catch ups, and am super excited to see you all hopefully soon!!!

01.01.2022 Opening the doors after lockdown was an overload of the senses.... I hit the floor running, even though I had planned to ease back into it.. I was going to slow my pace and try not to pack too much into my day, but the reality of it is I love what I do and I want to be available as much as I can for my clients But when the opportunity presents itself I'm now learning to also prioritise 'me time'. So when I had a last minute cancellation this morning I chose to get out into the beautiful sunshine and go for an 8km bike ride, and it was awesome! I managed to clear my mind, refocus, and let my creative energy flow.... When was the last time you took a moment for yourself.....? x
