25.01.2022 It’s elopements like Sheridan and Matt’s that make me slap myself in the face and question if this is real life! Not too long ago we hired a Land Rover Discovery in Reykjavik and set off exploring the awe inspiringly beautiful landscape that is Iceland. We visited countless waterfalls, moody as fuck black sand beaches, crossed raging rivers in our 4x4, knocked back a few too many White Russians, hiked two hours in the rain to the top of the Valley of Thor (only to have my d...rone crash and not come home with us...rest in pieces friend, you served us well), and to top it off Sheridan did it all barefoot too! One of the things I love about elopements is that while there is always a plan, it’s never fixed. Sheridan and Matt had their heart set on a particular valley to exchange vows at, but when we got there there was new (ugly AF) walking platforms across it.. thanks to Justin Bieber for ruining that location! But this ended up being a godsend, on the way to the next location just off the side of the road we see the most epic backdrop of mountains, glacier and waterfall with rolling hills in the foreground and not a man made object in sight for miles! And just like that we had a location that was a million times more epic than the one we had planned. Thank you so much Sheridan and Matt for asking me to accompany you on the journey of a lifetime, I had an absolute blast creating this film for you. On that note, I’m super excited to share Sheridan and Matt’s Iceland elopement film! 20.01.2022 Well.. this was an incredibly surreal experience for me. Why? This was my little sister's wedding. To be filming it as well as living and experiencing the roller coaster of emotions throughout the day was a trip! I don't think I've ever been so overwhelmed by so many emotions all at once! Being a guest and a witness to Kathryn and Chris's marriage has given me a whole new appreciation, love and understanding of just how important this day is to not only the bride and groom b...ut the entire tribe surrounding them. One of the things I reflected on in my speech and throughout the day was how unique this day is, in the sense that it is so unlikely to ever have this same configuration of friends and family who've played a major role in your life in one place together. To be able to see two people's lives reflected back through their tribe is such a beautiful thing to witness, and is something that I am somehow blessed to be a part of every week! Our two families came together for a week holiday in Noosa before the wedding. (Side note: if you have the chance to make a weekend or week of your wedding, definitely do it!! The day goes by so quickly that having that extra couple of days to spend with all your loved ones makes the experience just that much richer). The day could not have been more perfect. Kathryn and Chris said their vows in the beautiful beachside gardens Hidden Grove, followed by the reception and the MOST AMAZING food I have ever had at a wedding at Sails Restaurant Noosa. To make the day even more perfect I had an absolute blast shooting alongside one of my best friends, Anne, from White Shutter Photography. Which again because I was part of the wedding seeing the photos through the lens of being part of the family has deepened my appreciation of the art and priceless memories that Anne captured that day.

20.01.2022 NEW MUSIC VIDEO OUT!! Thanks to Scott Darlow for giving me the opportunity to create this music video for his latest single, a (if you ask me even better than the original) cover of the Dragon classic "Rain." Everybody came together to give their time and talent to raise money for the drought-stricken farmers of NSW. All proceeds from the single are going to go to the Buy-A-Bale drought relief charity.... A week before we began filming this I was away volunteering on a camp with Challenge up in Cohuna. While I was there I got a chance to speak with a number of farmers. With this project coming up I was curious to ask them about how the drought was affecting them and the industry. We spoke for hours about it, but the one thing that stuck with me was when one farmer told me how many farmers he knew personally who had taken their own lives. So it means a lot to me that I had the chance to help out, so thank you again Scott! https://www.buyabale.com.au/

14.01.2022 This is exactly why I LOVE small, intimate weddings. There wasn't a dry eye during Katherine and Sam's vows - which can make it incredibly difficult to film while your wiping tears from your eyes! PS. Keep an eye out for the STUNNING florals, have you ever seen a more perfect arbour? Venue: Euroa Butter Factory... 10.01.2022 Last year I joined Dzifa + Jesse on a wild adventure to Ghana for the first half of their wedding. I've been dying to share this for some time, we just screened it at their Australian wedding a couple of weeks ago. It was my first, and definitely not last, time in Africa. Such an amazing corner of the world and don't even get me started on the food!! One of my favourite things about this job is getting to experience different cultures through the lens of weddings. The simila...rities and differences between cultures the most obvious at events like these. It's always about love, the joining of two families and transitioning into the next stage of life. But the little details differ so vastly. Dzifa + Jesse's traditional Ghanese wedding was filled dancing, drums and oh yeah, more dancing! 03.01.2022 Last weekend I caught up with Wes from Moss Media for what as my first adventure into the world of podcasting! We went on some wild tangents, sharing some of the craziest situations I have ended up with my camera in hand and spoke about my journey in film, from picking up a camera for the first time to filming elopements around the world. It was so much fun, and a lot less intimidating than I thought it may be. Thanks so much for the opportunity to be part of the Snap Shots Podcast Wes!

01.01.2022 Want to know how to make your videographer fall in love with you? Ask us where in the world you should have your wedding! I have been looking forward to releasing this film since the moment I first spoke with Sarah and Josh! We clicked immediately when it became obvious that we all share that crazy adventurer gene. They had just conquered the 5 day trek to the top of Machu Picchu where Josh had proposed! On that first call they told me they wanted to elope somewhere in S...outh East Asia, I suggested Vietnam (a lifelong dream of mine!) and next thing I knew it was March and were were all sitting outside a tiny street restaurant on those small plastic stools on the streets of Hanoi being blown away by the flavour explosion that is Vietnamese street food! Sarah and Josh, I had the most amazing time creating this film! It was an absolute honour to be there to witness and capture your elopement. Thank you so much for asking me to join you on this wild adventure! Watch on the homepage of our website for best quality! Link in bio. (And make sure to put in headphones for the best experience! ) We’re now taking bookings for 2021, and only have limited dates still available for 2020, so make sure to reach out to check availabilities
