24.01.2022 Great bloody effort this morning Legends! This was a huge challenge that took 80 minutes to finish and let's say they were all praying to the pain gods especially Jay with those core burners! Its so bloody good to see Richards shoulder back to 100% and Huge shout out to Thomas for his 6kg weightloss this week.....That's massive mate!!... 15.01.2022 What do you do when you get up at 5:30am this morning to get the girls brekky and get them ready for Daycare......Cook a spicy Fish curry of coarse To cut back on wastage I used everything we had left in fridge and cupboards so we didnt over spend on next shop on stuff we didn't need. Is it wrong to have dinner for breakfast!!?

07.01.2022 Here's a Challenge for you An F45 superstar set a target of 34 of these in 30 seconds which I fell short by 3 reps but my god the bloody burn it gives!!! If you think you can do these, have a crack at it and let me know how you go!! Just for fun so even 1 rep is an achievement if you think tuou can't do it. ... You got this!
