25.01.2022 Yes busting a sweat on a Saturday, poor me

24.01.2022 Hey Guys, Flea season. As the weather warms up and we move closer to summer our carpet can be the perfect breeding environment for an outbreak of fleas. We all love our furry pets, canine and feline so we should be on the lookout for this particular critter as fleas can cause nasty problems in regards to health. Fleas are annoying and irritating inside and outside of your home. More importantly some fleas are carriers of serious disease such as bubonic plague, murine typhus an...d a number of tapeworm infections. Controlling these critters is involved as pest management is required and may require follow up treatment to break the breeding life cycle of the fleas. Also the pets owner has a big influence in the success of the treatment with some non-chemical methods of prevention and control, such as thoroughly and frequently washing all floor areas, or in the case of carpet vacuuming or steam cleaning. Your pets need to be professionally treated by a veterinarian or be on a treatment plan for the best result. So if you've got that itchy feeling and you need flea control management then please feel free to contact me. Thanks for reading

20.01.2022 Hi Guys, Spider....! control. Never been a huge fan of the Spider, however, some people have a real fear of our long-legged friends. I believe in a simple formula which is a three step plan, firstly identify the pest type, secondly, prevent pest harbourage and control existing spider pests, thirdly create a perimeter barrier. As for what can you do to minimize this issue of spiders getting in and around your home you can implement a few strategy's yourself to reduce the probl...em including changing light bulbs over to a soft yellow light ( By a qualified electrition of course) to prevent webbing, making sure windows and doors are sealed correctly, removing rubbish from around the outside of your home will discourage nesting and the smaller issue of small webbing spiders on the cornice just use the vacuum cleaner to suck them up. I do a complete full service on general pest management from as cost effective as $150.00 to $250.00 per home depending on size and issue's related. Zero critters is your local pest company. 0421419959 Make it a great day. Paul. See more

19.01.2022 Even on rainy days Cockroaches are gonna pay. Nothing’s gonna survive a Coopex Dust Storm

19.01.2022 Dear Readers, Remember when employing someone to clean your carpet/s you should ask your self what isthe difference in pricing between one carpet technician and another? There is that old saying that you get what you pay for and l for the most part, am a believer once I understand what I'm paying for. That said, by definition the purpose of cleaning Carpet is to remove soils, carpet filters all kinds of soils like animal and human dander loose scales formed on the skin and sh...ed from the coat or feathers of various animals, often causing allergic reactions in susceptible persons. The best way to remove 74-79% of these loose soils from your beautiful carpet is using a industrial grade vacuum with spinning brush heads that also vibrates to remove these soils in your carpet. This I find is the most important part of the process that is often overlooked when comparing one carpet cleaner with other, so if you're not getting up to 80% of the soils out of your carpet where are those soils going? Maybe they're still in the lower regions of your carpet pile. Thanks for reading

17.01.2022 Fly Control. Where possible, particularly in conditions of poor hygiene, a clean-up prior to insecticide application can be beneficial. A number of methods to control the fly are surface sprays, space sprays (aerosol formulations) and baiting. Non-chemical method of control you can try a swatter if you like the hunt, or you can simply try sticky flypaper or a hanging bait lantern. Remember that flys are attracted to odour, might be a good idea to give the old wheelie bin a regular flush out. Cheers.

16.01.2022 I am so disappointed! I was told the other day by a client that there were still insects visible around the house days after paying for a pest treatment. One treatment may not be enough to get rid of all pests. Pests in general breed in the warmer months so only now you may get an influx of general pests as their eggs may hatch because the treatment has not come into contact with these eggs, so the problem seems to reappear then to only blame the technician and the treatment.... If you have a problem, please check out my website www.zerocritters.com.au More than happy to discuss your issue regarding pests. 0421419959 Paul. See more

14.01.2022 This is Not an oil change for my carpet cleaning machine but grime removed from carpet

13.01.2022 The weather may be cooling as we plunge into autumn and insect activity slows a little. However, for people who love the change of seasons so do we change our clothes. Wardrobes can be and usually are the perfect hiding place for fabric pests, one, in particular, is the Silverfish. This little critter can do so serious damage to your fine cloths like cotton, linen, silk, paper, and rayon. They feed on synthetic materials due to food spillage on a particular item so, in fact, ...the silverfish don't digest the synthetic itself but in the process ruin the garment. These critters love carbohydrates ( sugars & starches) and protein, known to eat glue hence book bindings are an attractive feast. just a note silverfish can live as long as four years. so if you need them eradicated then feel free to book Me from Zero critters. 0421419959 www.zerocritters.com.au See more
