24.01.2022 Everyone meet Ruby! She’s 22 and from Torquay. Ruby is one of the Directors here at Zero Gravity. In her spare time Ruby likes to play videos games. Ruby also has a keen interest in art and hopes to develop an art program for participants who attend Zero Gravity.... Ruby’s journey began at the age of 18 when she was undertaking a traineeship. Initially wanting to study mental health, Ruby landed a placement at a local disability service in Geelong. Since then Ruby has fallen in love with the industry and has worked for various services where she has built up her experience and knowledge whilst supporting children and young people with additional needs. Ruby’s passion stems from the different people she gets to meet and watching them grow and develop their skills. #meettheteam #zerogravity #communityservices #support #suppottservice #love #disabilitysupport #geelong #smallbusiness #supportlocal #autisum #ndis #photooftheday #life #goals @ Geelong, Victoria

19.01.2022 Meet Toby! He’s 28 and is a Disability Support Worker at Zero Gravity. Toby loves anything related to ... cricket so watch out kids, he’s quite the competitive one. Toby’s favourite thing to do is camping by the fire with some good company. Toby was studying Youth Work at Uni and working in the Sport & Rec industry when a friend reached out with a job offer. From there Toby entered the disability field and hasn’t looked back since. Toby’s favourite thing about his job is being able to support and empower participants along with their families. No day is ever the same, no challenge is ever the same challenge. Toby also enjoys working alongside colleagues with a similar vision which he says makes the job all the more enjoyable. #meettheteam #zerogravity #communityservices #support #suppottservice #love #disabilitysupport #geelong #smallbusiness #supportlocal #autisum #ndis #photooftheday #life #goals @ Geelong, Victoria

11.01.2022 Say hello to Jordy! He is a Director at Zero Gravity. Jordy likes to keep busy so a day off is often spent doing something productive. Whether its getting some jobs done around the house or having a hit of golf, he finds this time invaluable.... Jordy has three siblings who have a disability so he understands the challenges that someone with a disability may face. After volunteering abroad at the age of 18, Jordy returned home and wasted no time finding a job doing something he loved making a difference! Six years later and Jordy has worked at a number of different service providers in Geelong, supporting children and young people to reach their goals. Jordy’s favourite thing about his job is simply supporting young people to reach their full potential. Whether it be engaging in a new activity or tying their shoes laces for the first time, a smile on their face is a smile on my face. #meettheteam #zerogravity #communityservices #support #suppottservice #love #disabilitysupport #geelong #smallbusiness #supportlocal #autisum #ndis #photooftheday #life #goals @ Geelong, Victoria
