05.01.2022 This is such a great article about why doin gmore and working harder doesnt work for long term results or fitness, and actually can make achieving long term results and fitness not occur at all. 04.01.2022 What so many people want from weight loss is to become something they imagine for themselves. Thry want freedom. They want peace. Instead for many people the goal consumes them and becomes a prison.

04.01.2022 Here is the thing, I like Resolutions. I like Resolutions with a plan an end game in mind. Goals can change through the year as you tackle things in one direction, realize its not where you really thought it would end up, take a left turn down a side street and wind up on a new main road. That's life. That's what its always gonna do. But the important thing is to start. Start now. Start tomorrow (it is a Monday after all). Start with a step. Start with the basics. Starting is... always hard, Starting over again is harder - it takes guts and a little bit of self belief. But just do it because once you start all it takes to keep going is momentum, So dont let anyone dismiss your want to look at the start of a new year as a chance for a fresh start, a new chapter, a reason to make a change - because its a start of 365 days to experience and learn. Its a place mark to see what you can do in a year. So make a resolution, set a goal, make a plan, and go for it.
