24.01.2022 Originally this window was an old fix timber louvre which could not be opened & shut. This has now been replaced with an Breezway Easyscreen louvre in Woodland Grey finish & stronghold blades to comply with fallout regulations. Project for this louvre installation was in Marrickville

22.01.2022 Louvre Window Sydney is putting in new product into the showroom this week. Product as pictured is our new composite louvre. This louvre has External power-louvres & fixed glass, Internally the product has Timber Frame which you can paint to your requirements & a choice of Cedar/Aluminium/Glass blades activated on manual handles. 21.01.2022 Our latest project in Haberfield involved removing current timber sliding windows & replacing with louvres. As the windows formed part of the barrier for the swimming pool, Breezway stronghold louvres with restrictions we used for compliance. Existing openings were also modified to accomodate taller louvres installed into primed western red cedar frames. External flyscreens were also added to complete the project.

18.01.2022 This is one of our current projects in Concord. Client has used Breezway Innoscreen for upstairs balcony & rear BBQ area. Innoscreen gives the home owner the ability to remove flyscreens internally for cleaning. Glass used is Satina frosted & frame colour is Ultra Silver Gloss. 13.01.2022 Recent project completed at Burraneer. All louvres are component kit meaning they were fitted into existing openings already onsite. The only modification needed was for the front entry where fixed glass was removed. Front entry was also fitted with a Supa-screen for added security. 13.01.2022 Our current project is an outdoor entertaining area at Lilyfield. Louvres will be Breezway Innoscreen with glass 152mm blades & fixed lowlights. Screens will be fitted internally which will make them easy to remove & clean.Western end will have grey tinted glass to help to reduce afternoon sun. More photos to come once project is completed. 11.01.2022 In this unit in Epping, we have used 102mm DIY Breezway louvre kits internally to help client achieve several goals without altering or removing existing awning windows. These louvres can now be closed to block out western sun or outside light. Handles have also been customised so lower louvres can be closed to give privacy in bedrooms & bathroom but still let light in. Not only are these louvres virtually maintenance free but they also have the benefit of not blowing around in the breeze once window are open for airflow unlike venetian or roller blinds do. Once the window is shut & louvre is closed they perform incredibly well blocking out acoustic noise & help in heating in winter or keeping unit cool in summer. As mention these are 102mm Aluminium bladed Altair Breezway louvres & the colour is Charcoal.

10.01.2022 Current project in Eastwood is Innoscreen with lowlights to external verandah area. Clients can now use this huge area all year round.

10.01.2022 Current project is replacement of a 4 panel Silicone joint glass segmented window in Cronulla. All fixed panels & existing glass were removed before installing new Breezway Innoscreen frame with 4 bays of louvres & 2 fixed panels installed into opening on Breezways own subsill. Glass used is a grey tint & frame colour is Custom Black Matt. 09.01.2022 Project fitted today was locally in Petersham. Owner has provided us with a prepared opening in which we have installed a Breezway operable glass louvre DIY kit. Finish is in Clear Anodised with 102mm Satinlite louvre blades.

09.01.2022 A lot of homes & apartments only have a stacking door or bifold from kitchen/living room to outside area. This can pose quite an issue if you are looking to get ventilation into an your home without having to open up doors. The louvre fitted into this bifold has been custom made not only to look like it is part of the orginal door but has added feature of stronghold 102mm louvre blades pinned in place for security.

09.01.2022 Our current project is replacing louvres & glass at Dawes Point. Colour is Notre Dame Sizing is 152mm & are genuine Breezway glass louvre galleries. A lot of projects in the Sydney area have used inferior or non-genuine Breezway louvres. These louvres normally have handles that are broken or clip holders that are not capable of standing up to Australian conditions. They become unsafe to operate & also pose a security risk. You can also option keylocks,security bars, Stronghold + variable handle types & postions on your replacement louvres

07.01.2022 The current job as pictured was in Cronulla where client needed the top louvre blade fixed or deactivated so they could fit a roller blind. If you need modifications done to your louvres as per this project or other issues please phone or email to discuss. 06.01.2022 Our current project is Student accomodation Glebe Point Road. We replaced many old steel louvre galleries which had rusted into a permanant open position with new Breezway louvre component kits. The area pictured is on the first floor so we put in fixed glass to the highlites & Breezway Stronghold louvres installed, 8 bays in total. These louvres were restricted to 100mm to meet the compliance regulations. Colour is Pearl White Gloss with clear glass. Handles are the Breezway standard Altair colour matched.

05.01.2022 Our current project in Lilyfield is retrofit of Breezway operable glass louvres into timber frame windows. Colour of louvre kits are Custom Black matt & blade width used is the smaller 102mm louvres due to fact client also wanted us to fit flyscreens. Although this project was a supply & install you also have to option to purchase the louvre kits in flat pack form to fit yourself. 05.01.2022 Sometimes we get requests to install louvres into an opening that is not high enough for standard louvre. If this opening is well under cover we can offer to to turn the louvre vertically. Please note there is no warranty for water penetration when this is done. This project in Dundas we have removed the fixed glass above the entry door & inserted a Breezway operable glass louvre & added a flyscreen. The louvre used is a 102mm Stronghold Breezway louvre kit with with clear glass. Approximate size of the opening is 320mm high by 1600mm wide. Running the louvres vertically has given the client maximum ventilation & is also visually appealing

05.01.2022 Our louvre DIY kits really can tranform indoor or outdoor areas into more enjoyable living space all year round. In the first 2 photos the louvres are cedar blade & have been used to close in a studio loft in Birchgrove. Cedar can be left natural, stained or as per this instance painted to really soften the look. These louvres can reduce the noise from downstairs & control light-air flow. They also add a degree of safety to the original fully open void. In the 3rd picture the louvres are aluminium blades in a 4 bay configuration installed at West Concord.These louvres control weather conditions into the outdoor area & give the homeowners privacy from adjacent neighbours.

03.01.2022 We have been back working on our operable glass louvre installation in Lilyfield. As this is a 2nd floor installation the louvres we are using are Breezway Innoscreen. We have optioned fixed panels at the bottom to above balustrade height requirement in single panels for a cleaner look. All glass louvre blades are 152mm clear toughened except for the western facing side which is 152mm grey toughened glass to reduce afternoon glare & heat. Once completed client will be able to remove screens internally to clean glass louvres as well as being able to trim bamboo hedging.Colour of the frame is pearl white gloss. As per our usual installation all fixings have been hidden with all trim flashings glued in place as needed.

02.01.2022 This is our most recent Louvre project in Blakehurst. Our client had a broken fixed window that had been boarded up & painted next to there entry door. We removed board & fitted a 102mm Breezway operable louvre. The louvred was optioned not only with a keylock but also Breezway Stronghold Satinlite frosted Glass which is extremely hard to remove even when the louvre is in the open position. We also used 102mm louvre blades so flyscreen could be fitted externally. Not only does this glass add lite & privacy client can now get the ventilation needed to freshen up the house. Obviously Mr Painter is yet to finish his part of the project. If you are sitting at the home at the moment maybe you could get our DIY louvre kit & complete yourself. Made to measure these kits will take around 12 business days to manufacture.

01.01.2022 Friday we were in Lilyfield installing new window into a bathroom. For this project instead of louvers we used a Fixed/Sashless combo to give the best view of the private outdoor area. Colour used is Anodic Off white Matt.

Outer frame is in Custom Black Matt & lower blades are aluminium painted in Monumant Matt.
