This smoothie is great to have instead of breakfast if you're one of those busy people! ;) This is plant based and packed full of nutritional goodness for healthy hair, skin and nails.... STEP 1 Cut up a banana for biotin and add to the blender. Now add SoGood Almond milk fortified with Vitamins B12, A, C, E and Calcium, if you can't have nut mylk then substitute with your favourite plant based mylk. Dairy is not generally great for skin, and tends to be at the root cause of a lot of skin issues like eczema, acne, dry skin so we would advise to avoid as much as possible. 08.01.2022 @green.inspired I’m really trying to minimise the amount of plastic I use, and have been doing a pretty good job at that! However, I’d really struggled giving up the same drugstore cleanser I had been using since 2014. It seemed to be the only thing that worked for my skin, but it was full of chemicals and packaged in awful plastic. I was a bit hesitant to try out @zerowastepaste, as it seemed too good to be true. All natural, waste free, as well as not only a cleanser, but... also a moisturiser. How on earth does that even make sense?! I have been pleasantly surprised, as this product is incredible! My skin always feels amazing after using this cleanser, and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to the Cetaphil days. This is such an innovative product that not only streamlines your skincare routine, but is the perfect way to detox your skin and give back to the earth.
