Make sure you get your Life Club application in to Mal before the 1st August to take advantage of the great deal. ... 16.01.2022 Hi Zesty Family, Next week is our lucky last, in our Zest & Zen Gym. Make sure you get in for some final sweat sesh’s. (I hear Friday is gonna be a doozy ) We can’t shut our doors without one final get together, so next Friday night it is (7th Aug) 5.30-8pm at the gym. Some drinks & nibbles supplied however feel free to BYO bevvies. ... As I’m sure you’re all aware the rubber flooring is gone already, we’ll have the heaters on but rug up. 13.01.2022 All the good feels being back inside the gym after to many weeks of braving the cold for our outdoor sessions!

12.01.2022 In 2014 we came up with our Zest & Zen business name, from outdoor sessions at parks, unloading the equipment from the boot, using the headlights to see & the car speakers to crank the tunes, to our pop up shop and then finally into our current premises that has had sweat, and I mean a lot of sweat go on in there!!! Looking back we have conquered thousands of Mal’s crazy classes & endured Zoe’s torturous PT’s & Remedial Massages. On the eve of our final day here at Zest & Zen, It’s not goodbye it’s Seeya soon! When one door closes, another one opens! Mal can’t wait to continue training you legends at the new Life Club, thanks to all of you who are following him on his new venture. See next post... 12.01.2022 NEWS NEWS NEWS Hey Zesters, I have some exciting & sad news to announce about Zest & Zen. It’s the end of an era as we will be closing our doors for the last time on Friday 7th August....... WHAT!? Yes you heard right, but guys there is no need to panic as I will be relocating to a new gym that is opening in Port Lincoln and continuing on with MetaFIT, MetaPWR & of course the crazy Mal’s Mix Session. The new gym is called LIFE CLUB and is owned and operated by Mel & Carl Semmler, there will be offers for our clients to follow me over so see me in the gym for info regarding this. Please ensure you use any of your class passes up that you may have with only 4 weeks left as there will be no refunds given. As you can all appreciate when one door closes another opens, so I hope and look forward to you all coming with me to the new club. You all are the reason we were able to peruse our passion in the Health & fitness industry, not only as the father and daughter duo, but as the Munro Family! Thank you, thank you, thank you, lastly an even bigger Thank you to Kate @m...indandmotiontraining who has been an epic PT & class instructor here with us, & also Matt who was previously a Remedial Massage Therapist here also.
