12.01.2022 This is how we do it now, here in the world of isolation...it’s definitely not the same as a bootcamp sesh in person but at least we are all still connected & keeping up our fitness! Thank goodness for Zoom -modern day technology has got us all through these really tough times! And thank you to my Zest girls for coming every week, supporting our little team, hopefully it won’t be long til we can all have a workout & laugh in person

10.01.2022 #25DayPushUpChallenge #day6 Back to face to face bootcamp on this beautiful sunny morning keeping the social distancing & equipment to ourselves Thanks for the nomination lovely ladies @samanthaJones @michelle_forrest ... Today I nominated the 8 Zest girls who participated with me today, and told them they are welcome to continue each day for 25 days & continue the nominations should they wish (we ended up doing 55 push ups each in total this morning too!!) I will be conducting 25 push-ups for 25 days to raise awareness for things such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), Anxiety and Depression #PTSD #Depression #Anxiety #HavingtheConversation #LookingoutfortheSigns

It’s not always easy for us, getting up early on a Saturday morning but once you’re there, it’s totally worth it & feel achieved for the rest of the day! We work bloody hard, but there’s still room for some laughs along the way...love Saturday mornings
