With the typical false spring coming to an end, we may need a bit of immunity boosting with these beautiful red cabbages, perfect for coleslaw. 23.01.2022 After a fun and healthy school holiday treat?? Give this WATERMELON CAKE a try. All you need is a seedless watermelon, berries of your choice, white peach and a tub of yoghurt. Simply slice the watermelon into slices of about 2cm thickness. Cut around the flesh removing the skin. Decorate each layer with the berries, yoghurt and nectarine then stack the next layer on top. Once you get to the top layer, spread the yoghurt over the top and decorate to your heart’s content....
