22.01.2022 We will open TUESDAY 27th OCTOBER as planned. I have painstakingly rescheduled everyone from 14th September onwards so that everyone who HAD A BOOKING still has one on THE SAME DAY/TIME as originally booked. The date is changed. For example if you were booked Tuesday 14th Sep. Now you are Tues 27th Oct. This means you will just have to wait that little bit longer. SORRY but we need to get the stock set up, the COVID SAFE protocols in place, Brooke and I need our our hair do...ne ! And this way everyone who was booked in STILL has a booking. I know you are all desperate but rescheduling 3 MONTHS of back to back clients is not an easy task. If you DO NOT currently have a booking we will endeavour to offer you one ONCE we have called all the clients currently with bookings. Because I need to contact everyone BEFORE SMS confirmations can be sent the ONLINE booking is switched off. Once I have contacted everyone then it will be turned back on. I will contact everyone this week. Please be patient!!!!!!! For those of you who would like a booking but DO NOT have one- please comment in the comments on this post -what you want done -preffered day & time (please be flexible where possible!) -stylist (me or Brooke) You’ll be put on a list and we will call you and try to slot you in where possible. I am being INUNDATED so please relax and realise we will get to you. You just need to be patient while we get organised. Thankyou

16.01.2022 Over and out! Sorry everyone!!! We are closed now for the next 6 weeks due to stage 4 restrictions. ... We have managed to reschedule 99% of you that had bookings. Unfortunately there isn’t any availability with myself or Brooke now until mid October! Providing we CAN open up by the 15th September. WE MUST DO THE RIGHT THING! Each and every one of us is responsible for the safety and livelihood of businesses in Victoria, & the whole of Australia. Please stay home! Mask up and social distance, when required so we can all get back to the lives we all took for granted back in January. 06.01.2022 PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SALON PHONE. We cannot respond to calls. The message bank is full/not working. If you have an appointment please KEEP IT. You cannot change it as there is no availability. ... We are completely booked out till late October. If we DO NOT open as planned on 14th September we will struggle to reschedule the clients who are already booked in. Due to this we are not accepting any new clients untill all existing appointments are honoured. Thanks

05.01.2022 UPDATE Hello everyone. I would love to be here to post some good news. But, unfortunately it looks as though we will be closed till at least the end of October 2020.. if not longer. ... At this stage we are not going to reschedule anyone’s appointment as we can’t foresee the future of the virus cases. We managed to reschedule almost everyone before this stage 4 lockdown in the hope we would open up next week. However this is now not the case, and beyond our control. What I will offer to all clients with appointments booked for September & October is; If your appointment falls on the original opening day of Tuesday 14th September- your time slot will REMAIN THE SAME- HOWEVER your appointment DAY will move to Tuesday 10th November. And so on, for each day. We will move these appointments- once we know a definite opening date. This is all we can offer you and although it is extremely upsetting and stressful it is out of our control. Again- we cannot take calls. And we won’t be taking ANY new clients for 2020. We will contact clients when we know when we can re open. So at this stage your NEXT future appointment will be moved to Nov. NO other future appointments exist as they will all be subject to re booking at time of appointment. At this stage our main objective is to look after our long term existing loyal clientele. Online booking will not be turned back on until further notice. Please understand we will do our best to accommodate each and every one of you who has a booking. 2020 has been a tough year for all of us. Let’s hang in there and hope there’s a rainbow at the end of this #covid19 sh%# storm. Thankyou everyone for your support and patience!

03.01.2022 As you know we have been operating THROUGHOUT Covid. We have serviced ALL of our clients and we have maintained a safe environment during this pandemic. Unfortunately we will now be closing for the 6 weeks of Stage 4. ... Tomorrow we will spend the day rescheduling anyone who is currently booked in during the next 6 weeks. Anyone who DOES not have an appointment or who books online and your booking hasn’t been approved WILL NOT be booked in untill WE RE OPEN after this lockdown. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we must do as we are asked. PLEASE do not call and leave voicemails, we will contact you. We will close as of tomorrow.
