We will all soon be emerging from different spaces....maybe: relief from an ‘adrenal’ lifestyle, emotional and financial powerlessness, immune challenges, or as an essential worker who has been holding the space for everyone and can now start looking to their own self-care. 14.01.2022 Kinesiology sessions are now available after school hours! I am now offering appointments every Friday at Circle Wellness Clinic, Peregian Beach. This technique is really helpful for kids, tweens and teens with learning and/or social worries or even just nerves before an exam, competition or audition. It is safe and gentle with the emphasis on self empowerment. Two sessions available this week.

03.01.2022 Oxford University was recently involved in research into Muscle Response Testing, the primary tool of any Kinesiologist. When doctoral student Anne M Jensen fir...st presented the results of her study on muscle response testing, the results were so impressive that the university staff didn't believe them and made her repeat the study to replicate the results. This she did. The sceptical faces were now interested. The results of this unknown testing format surprised everyone... by being a whole lot more reliable than they ever imagined. Having successfully completed her doctorate, Dr Jensen chose to have her research paper published open source and so the full study is now available online: https://bmccomplementalternmed.biomedcentral.com//s12906-0 We are incredibly grateful to her for the research, for her commitment to sharing her knowledge, and the validity that she offers to everyone that uses muscle response testing as a tool to get to the truth fast and accurately. Dr Anne Jensen has presented her results at the last Kinesiology Federation Conference and Kate North has summarised them in another great video, thank you Kate!
