15.01.2022 Yes, it is cold (read freeeeeezing) but no, that's not an excuse for not doing exercise! Just get your clothes on and get it done as you will love the feeling of accomplishment! A wrap of for my training from this working week - 16.5km swim, 85k bike, 25km run, 1h stretching and Core work. Best thing? The weekend with long sessions is still to come! So wrap up and get moving too!!

09.01.2022 Time to take a step back! I'm sure many of you can relate to it so by sharing my experience it may trigger something in you and makes you take a step back too! Happy reading! PZ xx Unfortunately we often get caught by defining ourselves and our value based on numbers- by the weight we weight, the money we earn, the times we achieve in comps and at training and I am the first to admit that I am a very numbers driven person myself. It has taken me nearly 31 years to accept that... this is just a tiny little aspect of our lives. Whilst I always focused on the number on the scale, I now respect my body for not only what it looks like but actually what it does for me. I may have put on a few kilos after I lost a lot of weight last year when I changed my life for the better by starting a cleansing nutritional program and I've mentally struggled with it but I've taken a step back now and realised that I actually nearly doubled the amount of training per week since I started taking the products, have gotten off diet drinks and sweetener and I'm now able to do and distances in all disciplines which I've not imagined doing last year. I've become stronger, fitter and more mature in my thinking. I would have never thought that I would say that but I'm actually not too worried about my weight anymore as there are more important things in life to spend time on. So if there is only one thing for you to take away from my journey and experience, then it's respecting and accepting yourself for who you are and focus on become stronger, fitter & healthier rather than just losing weight and giving your body the best possible support for it in return!
