14.01.2022 As the financial year rounds out this week, I really wish to thank my wonderful clients for their commitment and trust in myself as their trainer. It’s been incredible to think that 12 months ago, I was living with my wife, Corrine, playing cricket in Yorkshire, England. Reflecting now I’m so thankful for this time. As it renewed my motivation towards my work. On return in October, I was grateful to have a strong core group of long term clients commence training right away. B...ut I was struggling to make many inroads elsewhere. Then Covid hit, the world as we knew it has changed, the fitness industry came to a stand still. Like many others, I considered my opinions, where everything was on the table. But I’m so glad I continued and made the promise to say ‘Yes’ to everything. #yesman Today was a landmark moment, as I hit one of my business goals that I set on return from England 9 months ago (which I thought would’ve been impossible since Covid). I wanted to throw in a little screenshot of my past 3 months - but let’s call it what it is, a brag In these past 12 weeks, I’ve signed 11 NEW personal clients, conducting well over 550 sessions, averaging close to 50 sessions per week.
