03.01.2022 Here are the symptoms of the Coronavirus COVID-19. If you are concerned then please seek medical advice.

03.01.2022 The health and wellbeing of all the we attend and support is paramount to us. With the latest concerns about the COVID-19 virus and the upcoming flu season we have taken the following measures to ensure we can all be safe as possible: - We will not proceed with any appointment where the participant, their family / carer, or the therapist are showing any flu-like symptoms. - We will be calling participants on the day before their appointment and asking them to reschedule ...at a later date, should this be the case. We request that patients, carers and visitors adhere strictly to the current Australian Government policies regarding self quarantine. These can be found on several websites including: www.health.nsw.gov.au/coronavirus - If you have any concerns at all about us attending your appointment, then please call us and If you would like to cancel or change to Telehealth appointment ( we are looking into how this will work) we completely understand as it is difficult to know the right decision at this time. - We are all practising 'hand-shake free' welcomes, and on arrival at our destination we will wash our hands prior to commencing the appointment. All staff have hand sanitiser and will use this in conjunction with good hand washing techniques. - Any equipment we use undergoes disinfectant wiping down after each appointment, using disinfectant wipes. All of our staff are being reminded of hygiene standards, including relating to washing hands, when to stay away from work, how to maintain high-levels of sanitisation etc in accordance with our infection control policy. Together we can stay as safe as possible.
