21.01.2022 There are many different tourism businesses that have been hit hard by COVID. Travel Agents are one of those groups. Between processing refunds and border closures, Travel Agents have been struggling for incoming business since March. David Wright of Travel Prospects explains how business works for Travel Agents, why COVID has been so difficult, and how he thinks the industry will get back on track.

20.01.2022 Sam Henderson, like so many others, is outraged by the Government's decision to cancel the Adelaide 500. He has decided to show Steven Marshall how this cut is impacting him and many others by organising a rally on the steps of Parliament House this Saturday at 11am. I commend Sam's efforts and wholeheartedly support his initiative. So many people are going to be impacted by this cut, and we can't sit idly by while the Government takes away one of Adelaide's biggest events. If you're interested in helping to Save the Adelaide 500, you can find more information about it here: https://www.facebook.com/events/374951103627549?active_tab=about

13.01.2022 A bit over 4000 people are still in quarantine from the Parafield Cluster a couple weeks ago, including me and my family. There's not long to go for all of us, and I look forward to getting out and seeing you all soon!

11.01.2022 It is always a very humbling experience to attend the Salisbury RSL's Remembrance Day Service to pay tribute to the brave men and women who sacrificed for our country. They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning... We will remember them. Lest we forget. 10.01.2022 The cancellation of the Adelaide 500 is going to leave a substantial hole in our economy. The South Australian Government needs to act to support local businesses.

04.01.2022 As of 12:01am tomorrow, the Stay-at-Home restrictions are reverting back to similar restrictions that were in place on Monday 16 November. SA Health are still recommending to wear a mask if you are out in public and can't physically distance. Important things to remember about wearing masks:... 1 Once your mask is on, it is important that you don’t touch or adjust the front of it while wearing it it’s the part that’s protecting you from COVID-19. If you do touch it by accident, wash or sanitise your hands right away. 2 Before putting your mask on and after taking it off, remember to thoroughly wash and dry (or sanitise) your hands. 02.01.2022 Out of the 50,000 travel vouchers that were up for grabs in the Great State Voucher scheme, less than half were used. That means that out of the 4 million dollars that was promised to the tourism sector, approximately 2 million dollars will go unused. Operators are holding on by a thread. Steven Marshall needs to show leadership and explain how he's going to fill the void being left by the cancellation of events like the Adelaide 500.... - 9 News Adelaide
