21.01.2022 Try this little core circuit my clients did today 45 seconds trx mountain climbers on the box superset with Swiss-ball circles , these babes did 3 rounds!



08.01.2022 After a night of travelling wherever we go we always head straight to the gym! Being Personal Trainers we are constantly moving so sitting for long periods of time feels super unnatural! After being sedentary for a substantial period we start our sessions with a dynamic movement training warmup and self myo-fascial release! Not only does it mean we can train without getting injured but it means we enjoy greater recruitment of muscles! Not sure what I'm talking about ? Comment below or send me a pm!

06.01.2022 I'm a big believer everything happens for a reason but that doesn't mean it makes it any easier to deal with things sometimes! I've always found training to be my go to & an awesome way to channel those inner frustrations During these times I like to train big compound moves and do some super nasty high intensity workouts! Dead ball slams are definitely one of my favs ( nothing beats smashing something into the ground right? ) , though this is such a simple exercise to exec...ute there are some critical elements that ensure you get the best out of this exercise! Focus on using the upper back and dropping nice and strong into your squat and match that with a nice long spine at all times you want to be using your legs to drop not your spine! 7 sets of 20 seconds on 10 seconds off gives us a nice little heart rate session or go for 45 seconds 5 rounds with 15 seconds in between for little more of an Upperbody burn!
