23.01.2022 SuperDrive decided to take a well deserved night off to check out Bannisters Port Stephens new pop up restaurant Toli’s on its opening night. We enjoyed fresh baked bread & zataar, roasted eggplant, whipped taramasalata and burrata all washed down with a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. We love how they have made it really feel like an Eastern European cosy restaurant and the food and ambiance was perfect. All in all a beautiful night off ready for a busy day tomorrow driving ar...ound locals and tourists.
