18.01.2022 OK, enough is enough. It's time to stop trying to tough it out, give yourself permission to reach out for help. The people around you are happy to support you, just as you would happily support them. Remember what goes around comes around and today it might be your turn to ask for a helping hand. Uncertainty, such as a pandemic lockdown, is known to increase many forms of mental health issues such as anxiety, sleep issues, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, eating... disorders and many other cognitive, emotional and behavioural responses. A couple of quick tips, find a kind ear to open up to, live in the moment as often as you can, and then remember the things that make you feel better and do that as often as possible. Please do not try and just push through, give yourself permission to feel a bit broken and fragile. You are allowed to take up space and your people (friends, family, ME!) we all want you to reach out. We are all stronger together xx See more
