20.01.2022 I am honoured today to launch the final design of Victoria's Family Violence Memorial. This memorial will serve as a permanent, physical reminder to those impac...ted by family violence that they are seen, that they are important and that support is available to them. It is intended as a space for remembrance, reflection and hope and will be located at St Andrews Reserve, next to Treasury Gardens. Family violence comes in many forms, and this memorial is intended as a space for all, including those victims without visible scars, those victims in LGBTIQ relationships, those who have suffered from elder abuse and children and young people. I want to thank everyone who contributed their views to the design, and those who have worked so hard to bring it together, including the Victims Survivors Advisory Council, the Traditional Owners and the City of Melbourne. 08.01.2022 The Zonta Club of Kyneton continues to make a difference to our global community. Our club and members have made a generous donation to our follow Zontians at the Zonta Club of Beirut to help support their local effort to supply housing to the women and families displaced during their recent devastation.

07.01.2022 Today our Mental Health First Aid course gets underway for 10 fabulous local women. This much needed and in high demand course has been adapted to an e-learing platform to cater for these socially restricted times. We wish the women all the best in their learnings.
