25.01.2022 Looking through old files and found some old competition entries., thought I might share . This was before #greenroof ,#greenwall and other green things became fashionable. 19.01.2022 Next project @zoranarchitecture for #agedcare. New wing to existing facility on a #slopingblock where we had to maintain enclosed horizontal link and existing roadway access between... so we have a nice bridge-lounge with views over the #newbuild. 13.01.2022 Awoke to a great sunrise... but not for a great reason. The #hinterlandfires surrounding the coast left an early morning haze yesterday... looks like liquid fire in the reflection. Our best wishes for those effected directly.

11.01.2022 Massing Concept for #narrowblock #housedesign also has heigh restrictions, flood prone and setback issues... but we got there. Starting documentation and should start building in a few months.

Should be interesting if goes ahead as the #narrowhouse designs work to around 4.5m internal width, and still have 4 bedrooms. Finished some weekend #designwork on a very humid 33 degree day and kicking back on the hammock overlooking #waterfront and staring out at #surfersparadise #skyline. Not really an #architectural post, bu wtf, it does have #buildings in the background.

09.01.2022 A #hamptonsstyle #duplex at #miami on the #goldcoast. All timber frame and cladding for a change, and designed to look like one big residence. Still going through town planning, but hopefully can start building soon.

I also made a little #ARapp for her to show it in an interactive aquatic environment. Just search Erica Gray artist in the App Store if you want to know a bit more about Erica and her art... or just play around in your own little fish tank.

08.01.2022 Just signed contract on a (very) small #commercialproperty in #yarraman , about an hour or so north of #toowoomba . It’s a #smalllot of around 250 Sq.m, and a #narrowlot of around 5.4m. Should be an interesting project. Still deciding on #backpacker #design , #communityart #gallery with #coffeeshop , or just basic #serviced #officespace .
