10.01.2022 Exclusive Lime & Mint Mojito recipe - put juice of one fresh lime, a teaspoon of sugar & a couple of mint leaves into a shaker & muddle until you can smell the freshness of all the ingredients come together. Add ice & 30ml white rum to a tall glass - pour in lime mixture. Top up with Ginger Ale & garnish with fresh lime & mint leaves. Sit back & enjoy! #mojito #weekendcocktails

Michelle hails from the Philippines where she actually studied Interior Design before moving to the Northern Territory where she studied to become chef. Fast facts about Michelle... She learned how to cook Creme Caramel at the ripe age of 5. Turmeric, paprika, oregano & cumin are Michelle's favourite ingredients. She loves how the these bring deep flavours to her dishes. Michelle moved to Adelaide in 2011 & has been with Sage Ho...tels ever since. If Michelle could cook for anyone she would cook for Beyonce, Adele, Ellen de Generes, Manny Pacquio & President Duterte. She would cook a 6 course degustation menu showcasing foods from various countries she has visited and finish with... you guessed it... Creme Caramel to demonstrate where her journey began! We cant wait to have Michelle & her team back in the kitchen very soon!
