20.01.2022 You guys LOVE OYSTERS! hence the New name Oyster Frenzy Friday’s Wowser!!! We sold 50 dozen oysters yesterday. Thank you so much! ... We love to support John as much as we can. He lost his whole life and property in the bushfires this year and it just fills my heart with joy that we can make these big orders for him each week! Any hooo FORM IS NOW LIVE! I hope it’s ok but I had to shimmy and extra dollar on the shucked oysters to cover my chefs wages to shuck them. It did take longer than we thought as they were delivered live in a big Santa sack full of awesome ocean grit, so it did take some time to clean. There will always be sauces to compliment or sauce recipe suggestions from our stocks in the shelf.
