Glad you didn't hesitate and gave me a shot at helping you. Many people don't realise that most of their leg and lower back pain are due to their glute muscles being all wound up, usually from sitting long hours or due to bad posture. If your glutes aren't happy and relaxed, you're going to be in trouble. It will affect many other muscle groups. So it's always good to pay lots of attention and care to your glutes! With regular sessions, you should have no trouble enjoying a night of dancing! Salsa, perhaps?

15.01.2022 Happy New Year, my darling clients! Wow, 2021 is finally here! We made it! I still can't believe what a crazy and challenging year 2020 was. Never would I have imagined that we'd witness a day when the whole world shuts down, let alone for a whole year! A full year of not being able to visit my family and friends in Singapore, not being able to hug my daughters. And then there's also the unstable job situation. Sigh. It truly hasn't been an easy year for me BUT I am ...ever so grateful to have each and every one of you. Thank you so much for your constant support through the years! I feel truly blessed to have met all of you. You've filled my days with such wonderful company and engaging conversations. You've made my 2020 so much better! I hope I have touched your lives as you've touched mine. I look forward to seeing more of you in 2021. May the new year bring you great health, prosperity and loads of happy moments!
