24.01.2022 I am sorry to announce that there will be no more live classes for approximately the next 6 weeks due to the new Vic Covid stage 3 restrictions If you have yet to try Zoom but think it may be time, please message me for a free trial! There are tonnes of pre recorded classes to do along with a few 30 minute mini classes and dance style breakdowns, as well as a live class every Wednesday 6.30pm. All this is for the cost of ONE CLASS PER WEEK PER FAMILY!! Stay safe, and I hope to see you all in person again soon

I almost have enough to run two classes so tag a friend, lock it in and let's do this!!! You will not regret it, this is the best fun workout you will ever have!

14.01.2022 Classes update!!....... This Wednesdays Class will still be held in Albury but for this week only!!! As from next Wednesday 18th Nov we are back in Wodonga at the Bowling Club same time of 6.30pm Friday Mornngs Class will be held back in Wodonga from THIS WEEK! 9.30am at The Wodonga Bowling Club I will look at reinstating Monday mornings only if I get enough interest, Along with Friday's continuing too. Numbers have not been strong the last 2 weeks unlike the crazy night time sessions, so let me know if you are keen for the morning classes please!!!
