24.01.2022 UPDATE: Hey everyone, just wanted to keep you posted regarding my knee. I'm still in some pain but it has improved enough for me to return to work. However I'm not ready to return to Zumba yet. I still have to take it easy, if I don't I'll be facing surgery and weeks off work. Most of you know that really isn't an option for us after the last year. I just want to say THANKYOU to everyone who has messaged me to see how I am and to you all for understanding. Miss you all XXX

06.01.2022 Tonight is my last Basin class for the year unfortunately. Family commitments mean I can't finish up on the 20th as planned. Sussex last class is Tuesday 11th. As usual I will contact everyone in the New Year to see what date suits everyone to return. ... I know I'll see most of you before Christmas but for those I miss I'd like to say THANKYOU for a great year of sweat, laughs, ups & downs, love & commitment. 01.01.2022 I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and New Year. I'm absolutely devastated to say that I won't be returning to Zumba for awhile. I have a tear in my acl and a small cyst in my knee. I'm on anti inflammatories, painkillers and total rest and hoping surgery can be avoided. I will miss it so much and all of you. Zumba has kept me sane and got me through a really tough year but I've been really lucky to have been able to teach Zumba for so many years without injury before this. I'm doing everything I can to get back on my feet but have no idea how long my recovery will be. Thanks for understanding and watch this space
