Im glad you asked Strong nation is a HIITT class, High intensity interval TEMPO training that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move! Have I got your attention! ... You burn calories while toning your body, challenging yourself every step of the way. I will commence teaching Strong Nation via zoom classes while we are in Lockdown, what a better time for us all to work on our goals! I am in love with this program thanks to my Strong Mummas I have been following closely during lockdown and now I am a qualified instructor to teach this class and share my passion with you all!
