21.01.2022 After 5 amazing years of SH'BAM at Xcel Fitness, it is time to turn off the music and the flashing lights and say Thank you and Goodbye. So come join Nardia for the last 2 classes before she heads off on a new journey. Monday the 24th will be the last class for SH'BAM. We thank everyone who has supported this class from the 1st time it hit the dance floor to the last one. You support, commitment and love for this program means so much.
