19.01.2022 After today’s announcement by the state government, I’m pleased to say all classes will resume next week as normal. Woohoo! Masks are no longer mandatory when exercising indoors. However, please ensure you sign in to the contact register at your class, either via the Safe WA app or the manual register. See you next week!

17.01.2022 Important message for my Acacia/Mandurah folks tomorrow. Due to a budget meeting taking place in the hall tomorrow morning, I have had to change the time of our class. Class will now be held at 11.45am. My apologies for the inconvenience....I was given very short notice by the manager. I hope to see you at 11.45 tomorrow.

12.01.2022 Our Mosman Park class has officially moved venue! We’re now in Cottesloe on Thursday mornings at 10am, at Solaris Cancer Care, 80 Railway St. We’re also live online via Zoom at the same time! If you’d like to join in from home, please contact me for details.

11.01.2022 Hi everyone, given the requirement to wear masks whilst exercising indoors AND that we need 4sqm per person, I have decided to not hold in-person classes this week. I feel exercising with a mask would be too uncomfortable and risky. I will be running Zoom classes this week instead and hopefully next week we can go back to normal. Please keep an eye on your email for more details. Thanks for your understanding.

05.01.2022 Bicton participants - please note our class has a slight time change for this coming Tuesday 15th. Class will be held at 9.30am, rather than our usual 10.00am, to allow for a large funeral gathering arriving at the church around 11.00am. Emails have been sent out this evening with all the details. Please let me know if you have any questions.
