25.01.2022 Lockdown restrictions have been extended to Greater Sydney as of 6pm today. Sorry guys there will be no classes until restrictions are lifted. We will keep you posted. You may still get outside and exercise though and I believe groups of 10 or less can still workout together. Things change quickly, let's just see what happens Hang in there

24.01.2022 IMPORTANT** Unfortunately both of our halls are having maintenance done in Jan. So we will be changing our start dates to the below: Campbellfield Public (Mon & Sat) starting week of 18th Jan Ingleburn Public (Thurs) starting 28th Jan... Bit disappointing but it gives me a little more time to prepare myself and my body.. I'm currently 4 weeks post birth snd I have a long way to go in terms of building my core and body strength back up. If you've kept yourself fit during covid well done, you'll be ready to rock the dance floor if not, come along and start with me, we're gonna do this thing together We cannot WAIT to see you guys

19.01.2022 To our Zfit Tribe! We WILL be back. We have had sooooo many enquires, it is amazing to hear people are so keen to get back. I am also very very keen, but very very pregnant. About 31 weeks now. Our new little Zumbino is due on November 16. I hope you're all taking care and staying fit. To all of those that are keen to start their fitness journey with us, we can't wait to meet you in January. It has been a pretty rough and heavy year, we're all feeling it, but 2021 will be our sparkling new chance to turn this all around. Bring back the love, the music, the laughter... AND THE DANCIN.
