15.01.2022 Thinking back to the Monday public holiday before things started to get too crazy and trying to channel this feeling of happiness, family and no stress! Come and join me tomorrow night with some no stress fun, with some helpful hints to keep us all healthy! Before class wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds and/or sanitise your hands with alcohol-based sanitiser.... Come to class on time and make sure to bring a towel and a water bottle... Ensure a safe distance between you and other members and instructors Lets do this together! 6.50PM In Balance!
