18.01.2022 After my class at Dalkeith today, one of my newest students approached me with teary eyes and said " this is the only time in my week that I feel like a woman" I answer her back by saying, thank you and you are the reason that I do what I do. Never take for granted the impact that you make in peoples lives.

12.01.2022 Today one of my Zumba Gold students had a fall at home. Stitches on her face and a broken little finger. She left me a message with the coordinator. The message was tell Viviana that I am grateful for doing Zumba as I felt more aware of my movements even after my accident. As you get older your coordination, balance, speed and agility decreases.... When you exercise dance type routines you mantiene and improved the above. She is recovering well and will be back to Zumba Gold in no time See more

11.01.2022 Today a student said to me , "since I met you my life has changed. I listen to music, I love dancing, I feel positive and happier and my life is better" I think we don't realise how much impact we make in people's lives just by being ourselves. My desire is to make people happy through movement and music. It gives me more inspiration to continue loving what I do.

07.01.2022 At the end of the week when you are at home resting feet up and feeling every muscle in your body , an email from one of my students makes it all worth while. It says You lifted my spirits today, thank you. I could see how tired you were but you still managed to smile and gave us all a happy time dancing. We are living in strange times and we all can feel down from time to time looking at what is happening in our world. You are an inspiration. 05.01.2022 Today I had so much appreciation from my students. Feeling blessed ! One of my students said to me I had the worst morning and you know what .......your ZUMBA fixed it!! Then I had a new student at the end of the class that said, your class was a bit faster, and so easy to follow, you are a great instructor! Then in Morley they gave me flowers and a friendship willow tree figuring, because they missed me so much.... Finished at baptist care with chair exercises. They started clapping at the end to give me a thank you for the class and the lifestyle coordinator took a photo of some of the residents and me to put in the newsletter. Great day doing what I love! 03.01.2022 Today was my last class at Morley Rec Centre. All started almost 4 years ago, only with 15 students and grew to 60 students. I really enjoyed teaching this wonderful crowd of people, I will miss them. Thank you everyone who made this journey so beautiful!
