12.01.2022 We’re loving this one at the moment! It’s a funky reggaeton with a hint of Spongebob Squarepants. This is one of the first times that we are having Cata on video and doesn’t she look wonderful? In this video Cata is showing the cues and progressions that we use in class to make our routines easy to follow. Lots of visual cueing!!... It takes a couple of classes to learn our cues but once you got it, you will be able to follow almost every step we do. If you’d like to join us, we are on tomorrow 10am AEST for our weekly Saturday Zumba party. Comment below to register.

12.01.2022 Celebrating 10 years of Zumba with Angelica today!!! Perfect. That is the only word that I can come up with to describe the journey so far. There have been so many highs and so many lows and I’ve been close to quitting a few times (there have been moments when it was really tough emotionally and physically). And that’s what makes it so special. This program is everything. It’s fitness, it’s fun, it’s passion, it’s love, it’s fire, it’s emotion, it’s friendship..., it’s community and much more. This immense love that I have for it and, most importantly, the people I get to connect with, has pulled me through each and every time. I’ve had the pleasure of dancing with people from ALL ages, abilities and nationalities. Wow!!!! I’ve learnt so much. Many life-changing lessons I wouldn’t have learnt any other way. To this day, my happiest moment is still on stage and dancing with you all. Zumba has seen me grow from a teenager into a young lady and now a woman that continues to explore and expand her edges in order to grow as a human being, leader and instructor. Looking back at this photo I want to go back!! I want go back to experience it all again with all the people that were there. Thank you, thank you all for being there whenever you were there over the last 10 years. Y que siga la fiesta! (And let the party continue)! - Angelica

05.01.2022 La Noche Pinta Buena Just quietly, I’ve been on such a Zumba high all weekend. What a wonderful thing it has been to celebrate my 10 year ZINversary. Thank you Zumba for giving us so much happiness, especially during this time. On another note, I’m absolutely loving this beat!! It has a bit of cumbia, a bit of salsa, a bit of reggaeton, a bit of vallenato and most importantly, it features Carlos Vives and Gente de Zona . ...
