24.01.2022 had a great Aqua Zumba sesh with the wonderful Fitness With Nic (Nicole Webb) and some lovely ladies :D. If you're new to the whole Zumba thing, check it out- good for an introduction to the different rhythms with the comfort of the water. You don't feel like you're working out but you are!

21.01.2022 Brisbane friends- I'm there from the 19th Sept to the 1st October and was wondering who would be interested in having a Zumba class and know where would be a cheap place to hire. I would love to do a fundraiser for ovarian cancer research and so the price of the class would go towards that. Who's interested?

15.01.2022 Reminder about location- classes are being held at Good Shepherd Catholic Community School, in the hall at the back of the school. Drive down Thuringowa Drive, turn right onto Allambie Lane (at Maccas), drive til you get to the PCYC then turn right onto Pinnacle Drive, then left onto Allambie (confusing I know) til you get to the carpark at GSCCS. Walk to the back of the school and there you are!

14.01.2022 Its almost Zumba Thursday!! Check out the event on this page to get directions. The hall is at the very back of the school. Please wear shoes that have been worn a bit, as new shoes aren't good for twisting etc. If you have jazz sneakers they work really well.
